1Cor. 4:6-7, Now these things brethren , I have figuratively transferred to myself and Apollos for your sakes, that you may learn in us not to think beyond what is written, that none of you may be puffed up on behalf of one against the other, For who makes you differ from another? And what do you have that you did not receive? Now if you did indeed receive it, why do you boast as if you had not received it?……….So “why should we Christians boast and align ourselves, with one against the other,” for we are all  very different individuals, But we can’t take merit for this, it is “GOD THE FATHER”, that has designed us in our uniqueness, an given us access to all that we possess. Whether it is knowledge, talent, prosperity or other gift’s, we should work in unison and work very hard to keep ourselves humble before our Creator!

Hi Pastor Angela, this is a great reminder about the importance of humility. Pride can easily creep when we aren’t careful and prayerful. Pride as we know only leads to destruction (Proverbs 16:18). Jesus said it best in John 15:5 when He said without Him we can do nothing! 2 Corinthians 10:17 (NLT) says: “As the scripture say, If you want to boast, boast only about the Lord.” We as Christians need to always to be mindful of this. Thank you for the word, and God bless you.

Thank you Gracy, this is truly a great message on humility from the Apostle Paul, we can learn so much from these real men and women of God , not so unlike ourselves; I have read this scripture over and over since, being prompted to use it for this weeks nugget, “if only “all of God’s children would adhere to the father’s instructoion manuel faithfully!
